Merchandiser

Our client is seeking a Merchandiser to join their team. As a Merchandiser, you will be part of the Field Operations team supporting in-store merchandising projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, the ability to follow detailed project direction, and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Merchandiser - Short Term

Location: Upton, WY

Pay Range: $25-$26

Shift: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Lunch: 1pm-2pm)

What's the Job?

• Utilize plan materials and direction from Driveline Project Managers to create positive in-store experiences
• Execute tasks to set up new stores
• Handle all merchandising tasks related to such plans, including fixture installation, displays, signage, gondola placement, stocking, and other related tasks
• Exceed client expectations and deliver within the stated time frame
• Participate in on-the-job training to build confidence and consistency across projects

What's Needed?

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and be on your feet for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)
• Ability to stand and sit, reach with hands and arms, and use hands/fingers to handle or feel
• Ability to talk and hear
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to follow required onsite process, including reporting to the Driveline Manager upon arrival and signing the physical timesheet to confirm actual hours worked
