Typical daily duties:

• Review orders, drawings, and project information to understand project scope and requirements
• Enter data into company software systems and calculate project costs
• Collaborate with multiple departments to estimate materials, labor, and project timelines
• Contact vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information as needed
• Maintain databases, estimating tools, and historical cost records

What we're looking for:

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with office software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with custom products, millwork, or metal fabrication is a plus
