Material Handler - Stacker Associate

Our client, a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company, is seeking a Material Handler (Stacker) to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler (Stacker)
Location: The Colony, TX
Pay Range: $17.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Pay increase upon permanent hire)

What’s the Job?

• Stack, organize, and secure cartons and products safely throughout the warehouse.
• Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for storage and outbound shipment.
• Load and unload products and materials as needed.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse using approved equipment and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while assisting with general warehouse duties.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong attendance, dependability, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and warehouse standards.
