Order Analyst

Our client, an industry leader in oil and gas operations, is seeking an Order Analyst to join their team. As an Order Analyst, you will be part of the Division Order team supporting the Outside Operated Properties department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Review and monitor well reports for designated geographic areas to ensure accurate ownership records.
• Assist in the setup of operated and non-operated wells, including ownership changes and related documentation.
• Prepare and review division orders, supplemental division orders, and transfer orders for disbursement of payments.
• Analyze legal documents such as leases, title opinions, deeds, and contracts to verify ownership interests.
• Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to resolve ownership discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Quorum Land System or SAP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of basic land principles and terminology.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
