Quality Control & Shipping Associate

Our client, a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company, is seeking a Quality Control & Shipping Associates to join their team. As a QC & Shipping/Manifest Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting the Shipping, Fulfillment, and Quality Control departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QC & Manifest Associate (3 Openings)
Location: The Colony, TX
Pay Range: $17.00/hour (Weekly Pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Pay increase upon permanent hire)

What’s the Job?

• Verify picked orders match customer orders and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or incorrect items before shipment.
• Print and apply shipping labels, create manifests, and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
• Scan packages into warehouse management systems and maintain accurate records.
• Research and resolve order discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.

What’s Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or warehouse systems.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or quality control experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
