Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated Change Management Consultant to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of the Change Management support team, working closely with project leaders and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization. "BEJOBS"

Job Title:  Change Management Consultant

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $90-$100

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Assist in assessing organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and process changes.
  • Coordinate communication efforts, including project updates, FAQs, and leadership materials.
  • Support end-user training logistics, develop training materials, and track training completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, facilitate meetings, and support go-live activities.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management activities for large-scale technology deployments.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
