Full-Time Position | $18-$26 per Hour (Based on Experience)

We are a growing construction company seeking a full-time Finish Carpenter who is ready to build an exciting career with us. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has experience across multiple areas of construction, and wants to be part of a team that values quality workmanship, personal growth, and strong character.
 

Job Title: Craftsman/Finish Carpenter

Location: Fairmont

Pay Range: $18 - $25

Shift: Week days

What's the Job?

• Installing trim, baseboards, crown molding, and door/window casing
• Hanging and adjusting doors
• Installing laminate flooring and performing tile work (Carpet installation experience is a plus!)
• Caulking, drywall repairs, and finish touch-ups
• Working alongside experienced craftsmen and helping develop newer team members

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous finish carpentry or construction experience required
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Must provide your own basic hand tools
