Helper I

Our client, a leading aluminum manufacturing company, is seeking a Helper to join their team. As a Helper, you will support manufacturing and finishing operations by handling materials, operating equipment, inspecting finished products, and preparing materials for shipment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Helper

Location: Chandler, AZ 85226

Pay Range: $24.98/hr

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–4:20 PM; Friday, 4:00 AM–12:20 PM

What’s the Job?

• Set up, operate, and assist with finishing operations on aluminum products, including stretching, sawing, and heat-treatment preparation.
• Operate material-handling and production equipment such as pallet jacks, hoists, stretchers, saws, and conveyors.
• Inspect finished products, check dimensions, and ensure materials meet production and quality specifications.
• Pack and weigh finished products and prepare materials and containers for shipment.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, maintain production documentation, and keep the work area clean and organized.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Material handling experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to use or learn production tools and measuring equipment such as tape measures, gauges, and micrometers.
• Ability to work the required schedule and follow safety, quality, and production procedures consistently.
