Helper

Our client, a leading aluminum manufacturing company, is seeking a Helper to join their team. As a Helper, you will be part of the Production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Helper

Location: Chandler, AZ 85226

Pay Range: $24.98/hr

Schedule: Sunday, 8:00 PM – 4:20 AM, and Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 4:20 AM.

What’s the Job?

• Set up, operate, and assist with equipment used to process aluminum products, including stretchers, saws, pallet jacks, and hoists.
• Perform material handling activities including stretching, pre-rolling, roll-straightening, shearing, and preparing aluminum products for heat treatment.
• Inspect products, check dimensions, and monitor quality to ensure materials meet production specifications.
• Pack, weigh, and prepare finished products while maintaining accurate production records and documentation.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and work-area upkeep, including lubrication, changing saw blades and rollers, tightening bolts, and cleaning equipment.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Material handling or manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate production equipment and material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality.
