Catering Service Worker

Our client, Corporate Services is seeking a Catering Service Worker to join their team. As a Catering Service Worker, you will be part of the Corporate Services team supporting on-site catering needs. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service focus, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely service that exceeds expectations.

Job Title: Catering Service Worker

Location: West Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $16.44 per hour

Shift: 6:30AM-3:00pm

What's the Job?

• Organize, set up, and deliver requested catering services to specific requested locations or conference rooms.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
• Serve customers with efficient, attentive support while exceeding customer expectations.
• Ensure catering setups are ready for the requested time and location.
• Follow site procedures for arrival, parking, and check-in requirements.

What's Needed?

• Ability to deliver reliable, customer-focused service in a professional setting.
• Comfort working on-site and moving between locations as catering requests require.
• Strong attention to detail to support accurate setup and timely delivery.
• Ability to maintain a courteous, service-oriented attitude with every customer interaction.
• Willingness to follow uniform and site requirements.
