Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - SEO Content Specialist

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $42.41 hourly

Shift: Mon to Fri - 8 Hours

What's the Job?

  • Own SEO content workflows by managing intake, outlining, production coordination, review, and publishing status tracking.
  • Conduct keyword research for blog and glossary topics using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush) and translate findings into SEO-driven content outlines.
  • Coordinate with writers, agencies, internal teams, and AI tools to move content through production stages while maintaining pipeline visibility for stakeholders.
  • Track and report basic content performance, clearly communicating what was executed successfully and what needs improvement.
  • Improve search visibility through on-page optimization, including internal linking enhancements and offsite outreach to build high-quality backlinks.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush or similar) and a strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
  • Experience with GEO concepts and AI search optimization, including how LLMs discover, read, and cite content.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work directly with tech teams on site health and schema implementation needs.
