Quality Contorl Technician

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting the production and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Compton, CA

Pay Range: $21- $23hr

Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform standard quality control testing on incoming raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods according to specifications.
• Accurately calculate and report test results, locating test methods, SOPs, and work instructions in the document management system.
• Record test data into the SAP database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• File and maintain retain samples, dispose of old samples per retention protocols, and support lab cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in daily Quality Lab/department meetings and support validation and calibration of lab equipment.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SAP or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
