Our client, a leader in logistics and warehouse operations, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Lead to join their team. As a Site Lead, you will be an essential part of the operational team, supporting daily warehouse activities and ensuring smooth, efficient processes. What's the Job?
- Serve as a key holder responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring safety compliance.
- Lead and coordinate team activities, including planning, scheduling, and directing staff to meet operational goals.
- Manage operational metrics, budgets, and KPIs to optimize warehouse performance.
- Oversee equipment and facility maintenance, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
What's Needed?
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, operational metrics, and KPIs effectively.
- Prior supervision experience, including leading daily operations and providing performance guidance.
