Site Lead

Our client, a leader in logistics and warehouse operations, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Lead to join their team. As a Site Lead, you will be an essential part of the operational team, supporting daily warehouse activities and ensuring smooth, efficient processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence, aligning successfully within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What's the Job?

• Serve as a key holder responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring safety compliance.
• Lead and coordinate team activities, including planning, scheduling, and directing staff to meet operational goals.
• Manage operational metrics, budgets, and KPIs to optimize warehouse performance.
• Oversee equipment and facility maintenance, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, operational metrics, and KPIs effectively.
• Prior supervision experience, including leading daily operations and providing performance guidance.
