Whats in it for you?

• Payrate $27 - 30 hr. 
• Shift: Day shift - subject to change

What will you be doing?

• Testing and characterization of physical and chemical properties of a variety of materials (powder, liquids, solids)
• Use of saws, grinding and drilling equipment to prepare samples.
• Use particle characterization equipment to prepare samples.
• Use and programming of high temperature laboratory furnaces.
• Measurement and analysis of key process indicators and over variables affecting manufacturing 
• Measuring of materials using a variety of equipment and devices including: depth gauges, micrometers, rulers, tape measures and other finite measuring equipment.
• Running maintenance & calibration of key lab equipment
• Analyze materials & properties according to suitability for application

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field or comparable work experience is preferred
• Metrology or measuring skills are necessary
• Detail oriented with the ability to keep accurate records and logs in a variety of databases
• Assertive self starter with the ability to work independently on multiple priorities congruently from multiple parties
• Must have valid drivers license
