Pay Rate: $23/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Why This Role Matters

As an Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting members with valuable healthcare programs and resources. Through outreach, education, and administrative support, you'll help improve member engagement, support positive health outcomes, and ensure operational excellence across multiple processes.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members to encourage participation in Case Management and Disease Management programs
• Educate and guide members on available health programs, services, and resources
• Create and manage cases, coordinate member services, and complete related administrative tasks
• Process various transactions including inquiries, adjustments, correspondence, and suspended claims
• Research and resolve complex system, workflow, and process issues while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Perform quality reviews and communicate findings to support team development and service excellence
• Support internal and external audits, projects, reporting, tracking, and data analysis efforts
• Serve as a subject matter expert for policies, procedures, products, and operational processes
• Provide cross-functional support to internal teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate educational mailings and assist with documentation, referrals, and mailbox management as needed

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Customer service experience with a strong phone presence
• Experience making outbound or cold calls
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office applications and type efficiently
• Healthcare, health plan, or insurance industry experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
