Pay Rate: $22–$24/hour

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders, colleagues, and the medical department
  • Support nursing staff with daily administrative and operational activities
  • Manage scheduling tools, confirm appointments, and troubleshoot system issues
  • Maintain and update electronic medical records, including scanning and reporting
  • Handle confidential medical files with accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with wellness programs, events, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and support budget-related activities
  • Order and manage office and medical supplies
  • Draft correspondence under the direction of healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate across teams to promote a positive, team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with systems such as Ariba and Concur (preferred)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
