Pay Rate: $24/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

What You'll Do
- Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to established protocols
- Provide exceptional patient care and create a safe, professional environment
- Perform daily activities accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Promote a positive image to patients, clients, coworkers, and the public
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred
- Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Keyboard and data entry experience required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call assignments, and overtime as needed
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
