Location: Greenville, KY

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.45 per hour

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric patients
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
  • Accurately maintain required records and documentation
  • Provide exceptional patient care while explaining procedures and addressing questions
  • Perform specimen collection and processing duties in accordance with safety and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Promote a positive image with patients, clients, and team members

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
  • Strong pediatric phlebotomy experience
  • Excellent specimen collection and patient interaction skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
