Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.45 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric patients
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Accurately maintain required records and documentation
- Provide exceptional patient care while explaining procedures and addressing questions
- Perform specimen collection and processing duties in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Promote a positive image with patients, clients, and team members
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
- Strong pediatric phlebotomy experience
- Excellent specimen collection and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
- Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
