Pay Rate: $19.85-$21.26 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM and Saturday 6:30 AM-12:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Explain procedures clearly and help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the collection process
- Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections following established guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and required documentation
- Ensure patient confidentiality and accurate patient information handling
- Promote a safe, professional, and positive environment for patients, clients, and coworkers
- Perform daily responsibilities accurately and on time with minimal supervision
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Strong customer service and patient interaction skills
- Keyboard and data entry experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
