Location: Maple Grove, MN
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire)
Schedule: M-F, 9:00AM - 5:30PM

What You'll Do

  • Collect blood samples using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established practices and procedures
  • Verify patient information and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service while fostering a safe, professional environment
  • Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
  • Travel between locations and support operations based on business needs

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a retail or service environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID and Flu strongly recommended)
