Location: Madison, WI
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent to hire
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday–Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Tuesdays 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques, including pediatric and geriatric draws
  • Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation of specimens
  • Prepare and process specimens according to established protocols
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and build trust with patients
  • Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume setting

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Strong specimen collection and handling skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility for occasional schedule changes, including weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if required
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
