Schedule: M-F, 7:30am-4pm

What You'll Do

  • Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages
  • Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
  • Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling accuracy
  • Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
  • Maintain required documentation and records with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide professional, compassionate patient care while explaining collection procedures
  • Support multiple patient service locations as needed
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Experience in a patient service center environment preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Keyboard and data entry experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
