Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Phlebotomist, you play a critical role in the patient experience and diagnostic testing process. Your ability to collect quality specimens accurately and compassionately helps ensure timely, reliable results while creating a positive experience for every patient.

What You'll Do

  • Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques while following established procedures
  • Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties with accuracy and professionalism
  • Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain required documentation and records
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
  • Travel to multiple Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting a positive image to patients, clients, and team members

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 to 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Excellent phlebotomy and specimen handling skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable
  • Ability to travel between locations and adapt to changing staffing needs
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Patient Service Center experience preferred
  • Keyboard and data entry experience
  • Flexible availability to support weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call coverage as needed
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
