Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-1:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
- Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient identity, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy
- Obtain patient signatures following specimen collection to ensure proper documentation
- Maintain accurate records and required documentation
- Provide professional, compassionate service while creating a positive patient experience
- Perform daily activities accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and professional environment
- Follow established specimen collection, processing, and safety procedures
- Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Excellent phlebotomy skills and specimen handling knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record, if applicable
- Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call shifts, and varying locations based on business needs
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
