Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen accuracy
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with established procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience
• Perform specimen collection and processing following clinical and forensic collection protocols
• Travel to and support multiple patient service center and physician office locations as needed
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong venipuncture and specimen handling skills
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Previous patient service center experience preferred
• Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care and confidentiality
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
