Location: Elgin, IL
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00am–8:00pm; every other Saturday 7:00am–2:00pm; hours vary

As a Phlebotomist Floater, you play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely diagnostic information while creating a positive patient experience. Your expertise ensures quality specimen collection, helping providers make informed healthcare decisions.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Prepare and process specimens for transport and laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
- Maintain required records, documentation, and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Travel to multiple sites, including patient service centers and in-office locations, based on business needs
- Provide exceptional customer service while fostering trust and confidence with patients
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and cover multiple locations with short notice
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
