Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: 7:00am–6:00pm; hours vary

As a Phlebotomist Floater, you are essential to delivering accurate diagnostic testing and a positive patient experience. Your expertise in specimen collection and patient interaction helps ensure timely, reliable results that support critical healthcare decisions.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric
- Prepare, label, and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling in the patient’s presence
- Maintain documentation and adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Travel to multiple locations, including patient service centers and physician offices, based on business needs
- Deliver excellent customer service while building trust and confidence with patients
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and adapt to changing schedules
- Minimum 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
