Maintenance Technician

Our client, a Distribution Center/Warehouse industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range:$29.70

Shift: 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am or 11pm-7:30am)

What's the Job?

• Maintain and repair equipment, buildings, and fixtures within the distribution center
• Perform preventative maintenance on lift trucks, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems
• Inspect and evaluate roof structures, doors, and dock equipment
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues to support operational uptime

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related fields
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and technical instructions
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical motors, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Must be able to train on Day shift (7am-3:30pm)
