Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a manufacturing environment focused on quality and compliance, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production organization supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, the ability to troubleshoot and follow technical instructions, and the drive to work safely in a controlled environment.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Londonderry, NH

Pay Range: $23.70

Shift: 2ND Shift 3-11:30PM

What's the Job?

• Test, inspect, troubleshoot, rework, and repair product or related subassemblies to written and/or oral specifications.
• Operate, test, calibrate, and repair production equipment and products as required per specifications, documenting results with operations and engineering.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper calibration of machines.
• Support Hologics Quality Standards by helping ensure design, implementation, test, and maintenance methods/processes are developed and executed correctly.
• Perform root cause investigations on systems/subassemblies using basic troubleshooting techniques and report failures via the NCE process.

What's Needed?

• Ability to meet quality, efficiency, and safety requirements and standards while working under general supervision.
• Comfort working in a controlled Clean Room or Dark Room environment (if applicable) and following GMP guidelines.
• Experience or readiness to comply with 6S practices and perform inventory transactions.
• Ability to participate in daily management board activities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet the production schedule as needed.
