Senior Facilities Manager

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting operational excellence and strategic infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

Location: Fishers

Pay Range: $105,000 - $180,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility services to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support the implementation of strategic plans for maintenance, space management, and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Security, and Safety to meet infrastructure needs and regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation and reporting on facility operations, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 5–8 years of experience in facilities management or operations, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
• Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental health standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
