Boxbuild Mechanical Assembler

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Boxbuild Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Boxbuild Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Boxbuild Mechanical Assembler

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $25.00

Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Perform a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Conduct functional testing of products based on automated or semi-automated test stations.
• Perform in-process and final visual inspection and packing of products.
• Follow methods and sequence of operations according to work instructions.
• Inspect quality and completeness of assembly and test steps, ensuring high standards are maintained.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and understanding of manufacturing assembly and test processes.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• High School diploma or GED required; experience in handling medical and precision products is a plus.
