Facilities Maintenance Site Lead

Our client is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Site Lead to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Site Lead, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance program supporting onsite operations. The ideal candidate will have strong safety awareness, a service ownership mindset, and the ability to coordinate vendors and onsite teams effectively—skills that will help you deliver reliable maintenance and operational support in a cost-effective, efficient, and compliant way.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Site Lead

Location: Jacksonville, FL

What's the Job?

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for facilities operations and maintenance program delivery.
• Lead and coordinate the onsite facilities team
• Set daily priorities and oversee work orders, preventive maintenance activities, planned work, and service escalations.
• Coordinate and monitor third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within the agreed scope.
• Support budget management through invoice validation, cost control, and identification of opportunities to reduce unnecessary outsourced costs.

What's Needed?

• Experience leading facilities services in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or large-campus environment.
• Strong vendor and subcontractor management capability with an operational and cost-conscious mindset.
• Ability to lead a multi-skilled onsite team and communicate effectively with facilities stakeholders.
• Strong safety awareness, organizational skills, follow-through, and service ownership.
• Ability to drive a golf cart throughout the site as part of normal job duties (any required authorization, training, license, or qualification to operate the golf cart onsite should be included as part of the position and supplier responsibility).
