General Helper

Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a General Helper to join their team. As a General Helper, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Helper

Location: Brook Park, OH

Pay Range:

Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday-Saturday, 10:30pm-6:30am

What's the Job?

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping of production areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Assist with mixing/blending tasks and operate machinery as needed
• Stage materials throughout the day for current and upcoming shifts
• Relieve other positions during breaks, lunches, or when needed, including front operator, system 4 operator, bagger, base room, and warehouse
• Ensure the washroom is organized, clean, and free from buildup, including securing chemical cabinets and cleaning floors and sinks

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
• Basic knowledge of food handling or machine operation is a plus
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
