Maintenance Technician II

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $31

Shift: 2nd / Mid-day

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including 480V, 277V, and single-phase wiring
• Maintain plumbing fixtures, drain lines, and oil-water separators
• Replace belts, filters, and monitor building temperature controls
• Inspect and repair lighting, motors, exhaust fans, and high-speed doors

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance roles
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to safety protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
