Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and equipment maintenance, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Fullerton, CA

Pay Range: $30

Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment using manuals, schematics, blueprints, and relevant documentation
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, making necessary corrections to restore equipment to optimal condition
• Calibrate and adjust machine tools and equipment to ensure precision and efficiency
• Modify machines and facilities for specialized functions as needed
• Perform minor building maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work, maintaining a safe and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Proficiency with torque wrenches, basic tools, impact tools, measuring tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment such as multi-meters
• Willingness to obtain additional training for mobile equipment, confined space, high voltage, and lock out/tag out procedures
• Ability to read blueprints, hydraulics diagrams, and electrical diagrams; knowledge of GD&T is a plus
