Maintenance Technician

Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Gwinn, MI

Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Shift: This is a 36/48 Schedule – Night Shift, 7 pm – 7am

What's the Job?

• Keep production equipment running during your shift by performing planned and corrective maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• Inspect and test equipment to detect malfunctions, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs with supervisors and operators.
• Maintain records of planned and completed maintenance, and support reconstruction or installation of new equipment.
• Perform hands-on work such as dismantling defective equipment, replacing parts, cleaning and lubricating components, and starting machines to verify operation after repair.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of three (3) years in a maintenance position.
• Minimum of High School education with mechanical and maintenance training preferred.
• Michigan Driver’s License required.
• Computer literacy strongly preferred.
