Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, a strong safety focus, and pride in delivering quality work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Night Shift

Location: Clarksburg, WV

Pay Range: $25 hourly 

What's the Job?

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and safety standards
• Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance
• Hydraulic experience preferred

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, machine maintenance, or building maintenance
• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and electrical systems
• Proactive attitude and ability to troubleshoot effectively
• Ability to work on any day of the week, including weekends
