Our client, a municipal government organization, is seeking a Public Works Associate to join their team. As a Public Works Associate, you will be part of the Public Works Department supporting community infrastructure and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, motivation, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Williamsport, MD
Pay Range: $35360 - $43600
Shift: Day
What's the Job?
- Perform mowing, trimming, mulching, planting, weed removal, and general landscaping duties
- Maintain parks, grounds, and municipal facilities
- Perform custodial duties including cleaning and upkeep of Town buildings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
- Assist with road repairs, pothole patching, street painting, and roadway improvements
What's Needed?
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
