USA|Maintenance 1

Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a USA|Maintenance 1 to join their team. As a USA|Maintenance 1, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting day-to-day machine readiness and plant upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and hands-on experience with lubrication and basic preventative maintenance that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: USA|Maintenance 1

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $25+ PER HOUR

Shift: Monday- Friday (8am to 4pm)

What's the Job?

• Support the maintenance team by adding and maintaining oil levels for CNC machines.
• Assist with chip removal and perform tank cleanouts as needed.
• Provide preventative maintenance support and help with minor repairs under the direction of supervisors.
• Change oil or air filters on machines and equipment.
• Clean out pits and oil or coolant reservoirs, and maintain accurate oil level logs.

What's Needed?

• Experience with lubrication products or oiling of machines.
• Some preventative maintenance experience helpful on CNC machines or trucks/automotive.
• Mill right experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructions.
• Ability to drive a golf cart or buggy and maintain tools, work areas, and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
