Hybrid Financial Analyst CA

Our client, a leading organization in the corporate restructuring industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RSS Consultant to join their team in North Hollywood, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to vital legal and administrative processes within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency with Excel, and a proactive approach to supporting the restructuring department’s needs.

Job Title: RSS Consultant

Location: North Hollywood, CA

Pay Range: $27.00 to $28.00/hr

Shift: 11 am to 7:30 pm PT

What's the Job?

• Format and manage data in Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with court requirements
• Handle mailings for cases, including compiling certificates of service for court filing
• Monitor court websites for newly filed documents and update case dockets accordingly
• Respond to creditor inquiries via phone and email regarding case status, claims, and deadlines
• Assist with special projects and perform administrative quality control reviews of proofs of claim and ballots

What's Needed?

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including technical tasks and data formatting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
