REMOTE CA ONLY Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the corporate restructuring sector, is seeking a dedicated RSS Consultant to join their team. As an RSS Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Restructuring department, supporting critical court-related activities and ensuring the smooth processing of legal documents. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: RSS Consultant

Location: North Hollywood, CA

Pay Range:

Shift: 11 am to 7:30 pm PT

What's the Job?

• Monitor court websites for newly filed documents and update case dockets accordingly
• Review claims filed by creditors and respond to inquiries via phone and email
• Assist with mailings, including compiling service lists and preparing affidavits of service
• Coordinate, input, and review ballots, changes of address, and proofs of claim
• Perform administrative quality control reviews of proofs of claim and ballots to ensure accuracy and compliance

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to pass a technical Excel test
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic internet research skills and familiarity with court document management
