Marketing Development Associate

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Marketing Development Associate to join their team. As a Marketing Development Associate, you will be part of the Sales and Marketing department supporting the sales team and organizational marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Development Associate

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $80k

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and public events
• Assist with customer visit preparations and follow-up on leads
• Enhance and utilize marketing materials for local market needs
• Contribute to social media marketing initiatives to increase market visibility
• Coordinate with sales team on lead status and maintain updated databases

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience in Auto/HVAC manufacturing or B2B marketing preferred
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and online analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
