Our client, located in Longmont, CO is looking for a Program Manager to join their team.
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Longmont, CO
Pay Rate Range: $100,000 - $120,000
Shift: 1st shift
What’s the Job?
- Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships
- Accept and process customer orders
- Review requirements and load information into the MRP system
- Communicate material schedules and identify potential material shortages or problem parts
- Provide readiness updates to internal teams
- Maintain customer status updates through the RAIL spreadsheet
- Manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, including:
- Receiving customer documentation
- Completing internal ECO documentation
- Ensuring ECO processes are completed before product shipment
What’s Needed?
- 5 to 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- College degree preferred/required
- Customer-facing experience
- Basic knowledge of the quoting process
- Experience working in ERP systems and dashboards
