Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department supporting manufacturing and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Multiple Shifts
What's the Job?
- Perform daily quality assessments of facility, personnel, manufacturing activities, and documentation to ensure compliance with site procedures, QMS, cGMPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Interact with employees to troubleshoot issues, correct documentation, and provide guidance on manufacturing practices and contamination control.
- Promote a quality-focused culture by helping personnel understand and apply quality policies, process controls, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality event response, providing guidance on nonconformances, deviations, and manufacturing quality events.
- Review and approve procedures, work instructions, training documents, and quality records of moderate to high complexity.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, technology, quality, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and medical device regulatory requirements is advantageous.
- Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation skills with a proactive approach.
