Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Tech to join their team. As a Quality Control Tech, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance department supporting inspection and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Tech

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $29

Shift: Day Shift (07:30am - 4:00pm)

What's the Job?

  • Perform incoming inspection of procured materials to ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct in-process audits and inspections to maintain product integrity
  • Perform final product inspections in accordance with drawings, engineering change orders, and workmanship standards
  • Utilize hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and scales for precise measurements
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to support quality objectives

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3+ years of quality inspection experience or equivalent training
  • Proficiency with hand tools including calipers, micrometers, and scales
  • Basic understanding of drawings and blueprints
  • Familiarity with Windows environment and basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
