Risk & Insurance Manager

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise risk management, is seeking a Risk & Insurance Manager to join their team. As a Risk & Insurance Manager, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting organizational growth and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Risk & Insurance Manager

Location: Tipton, PA

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

• Oversee enterprise-wide risk management and insurance operations for multiple business entities.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate insurance policies to ensure appropriate coverage and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the insurance portfolio, including renewals, claims administration, and coordination with brokers and carriers.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks.
• Monitor claims, loss trends, and risk exposure metrics to recommend coverage adjustments and improvements.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in risk management and insurance administration within a large or multi-entity organization.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, insurance coverage analysis, and claims management procedures.
• Experience working with risk management systems, software platforms, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
