Janitorial Associate

Our client, a facility services organization, is seeking a Janitorial Associate to join their team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily cleanliness and sanitation across the site. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing daily needs—so you can help keep workspaces clean, safe, and ready for use.

Job Title: Janitorial Associate

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift:  Train on 1st shift: 4:30am-1:00pm/2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm

What's the Job?

• Empty trash and recycling to maintain clean, organized areas throughout the facility.
• Dust and wipe vertical surfaces, focusing on thorough, consistent cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and other high-touch areas to support hygiene standards.
• Vacuum and dust mop floors, then wet mop as needed to keep surfaces clear and presentable.
• Restock cleaning and paper products and complete daily tasks with adaptability as priorities change.

What's Needed?

• Comfort and consistency with walking during the shift, including areas with higher dust levels.
• Ability to wear steel-toe footwear for the entire shift.
• Adaptability to change every day and follow evolving cleaning priorities.
• Reliability and stamina for a role that includes walking approximately 4 to 5 miles per day.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing practices to support a clean, safe environment.
