Maintenance/Custodian

Our client, a facility management organization, is seeking a Maintenance/Custodian to join their team. As a Maintenance/Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting the operational needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance/Custodian

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Polish floors and clean windows to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and fixtures
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily maintenance schedules efficiently

What's Needed?

• Experience with floor polishing and window cleaning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
• Basic physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
