Manpower is currently hiring a Can Sorter for a busy manufacturing facility in Windsor, CO. This 2nd shift opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for detail. In this role, you'll inspect and sort aluminum cans to ensure quality standards are met before products are shipped. Mechanical aptitude is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect aluminum cans for dents, defects, and other quality issues
• Sort cans according to established quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a production environment while sitting or standing for extended periods
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Job Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects quickly
• Ability to work 10- to 12-hour shifts as needed
• Steel-toed or composite-toe footwear required
• Must be able to distinguish colors accurately for quality inspection purposes
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
