2nd Shift Machine Operator

Our client, is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production floor supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to workplace safety, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator

Location: Spring Lake, MI

Shift: 2pm - 10pm,  overtime as required

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production equipment, including start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Follow production schedules and job instructions to meet output goals.
• Maintain proper product flow through the processing line.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues or non-conforming products.
• Monitor tank levels, temperatures, and other production processes while supporting material handling and accurate inventory.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
